DORE METHODIST CHURCH

Rosemary Memory Cafe

Together with friends from Christ Church, Dore, we have partnered with AgeUK Sheffield to provide a fortnightly Rosemary Dementia Cafe in Dore. This meets in our Hall on the first and third TUESDAY AFTERNOONS from 2-00 p.m. until 4-00 p.m.

What is a Rosemary Cafe?

Rosemary Memory Cafes are a place to socialise and enjoy spending time with your loved ones who have dementia.

We do a variety of activities at the cafe. We always start with games, puzzles, word searches, and of course, tea and cake!

Other activities include chair exercises, crafts, interactive music sessions, aromatherapy afternoons, visits from farm animals, baking and so much more!

The cafes are most importantly a place to relax, have a chat, and connect with others around you. The cafes are free of charge, but we do accept donations.
